Sometimes it’s good to let go of all that you’re afraid of. It’s good to open your mind and allow your body to flow at whichever pace it wants to move. Allow your mind to travel and let your heart feel. You’ll never know which feelings and experiences you’re missing out on if you don’t explore the field.
