We live in a generation that is used to giving up when the going gets rough. What about fighting for what we love? We must learn to accept that not everything is handed to us on a silver platter. Russell Brand has released a statement, claiming, “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”

For the second consecutive year I will be going South for a large part of my winter break. I’m going back to Ecuador to visit my father and the rest of my family that lives there.
